Anyone following Slimming World?

Hi

I’ve recently joined SW. I am Gluten Sensitive. I make my own bread using a Bread Machine.

My question is how many SYNs a slice should I allow? I have read it counts as a B choice then also read it needs to be counted as SYNs.
