I am Coeliac, Dairy intolerant, have a Rectocele and IBS. As you can imagine that makes bowel continance very difficult and often very unpredictable. Even going for a walk can trigger the need for an immediate toilet! Any advice would be really appreciated.

Have you been able to talk to your doctor about your problem? I have no experience of a rectocele but I do have IBS.
Have you identified any trigger foods for you IBS? I have found that an elimination diet called Low Fodmaps has been very helpful in managing the symptoms.
Doing pelvic floor exercises has also been essential for coping with bladder incontinence, perhaps this may also be helpful for bowel incontinence?
I have Celiac, IBS and have had two pelvic prolapses due to Cipro reaction. The second prolapse was Rectocele. I had surgical repair both times, I advice you doing that, but do not allow them to use mesh. For the IBS, (which I have had for 45 years) I keep under control with a product made by Dr Schultz (HERB DOC) called Formula 2. I take two daily.
