There are some really easy yoga exercises to help just check out youtube vids, helped me.
I find that a lot of the gluten free packaged food gives me stomach gas pain. Anything with potato starch or topacia starch does it to me.
I have the same problem - terrible gas all the time and bloated stomach. Think it’s the additives - especially pysllium in gf bread that is causing the problems. I’m cutting starch out and going to try a probiotic drink to see if that helps. I can’t stand up straight when the gas and bloating is really bad and this is affecting my back. Maybe probiotics would help you establish the right intestinal flora.
