Does anyone else find that they sleep alot if they have been glutened

Yes as soon as I've unwittingly eaten gluten I go drowsy and fall asleep and feel ill.

Yeh sleep for days... i find now if i drink loads of water and flush it through body quicker i dont suffer so long

I used to b out for 3-4 days now i can feel better in two

I am going to try drinking lots of water next time and see if it help thanx for the tip

I also fast when it happens that way ur digestive system has not got to work harder whilst it already in distress.

By next day im basically good to go.. so water and fast

Absolutely! Feels like I'be been hit by a truck and there have been a couple of times when it feels like flu. It can last a few days then gets easier. But I try and see this as a positive when I can and just take it easy and recuperate.
