Gluten is in wheat, barley and rye. So no.

Sainsbury’s on line shop is very good at letting you know if you can have certain foods, when you register you just fill out what things upset you and if you look at an item it will flag up if you shouldn't eat it. No need to buy anything just use it as a guide. Won’t use the word ‘allergy’ as CD isn’t an allergic reaction to wheat etc. There are apps. but I have found they crash quite a lot.

Morrisons do a gluten free one called Chippa in free from aisle.

Its my fav too used have one in sainsburys but not any more.

All the normal brown sauce have something in that's bad for coeliac Believe me I've looked as I really miss it for gluten free pork pies and sausage rolls from M/S and sausage and mash 😊

I agree with @Winger65 the Tesco own brand is GF.

It’s not in the GF section, therefore, it is not loaded on price. Just check with the other sauces 😊 No one else can tell the difference.

Remember, check the ingredients...it is not labelled GF. It should not contain *barley*, wheat or rye.

Most brown sauce contains gluten, unfortunately. Tesco own brand and any in the free from aisle are ok, but in my opinion the free from one is pretty disgusting...

BBQ sauce is usually gluten free, I tend to order that if we're eating out because the restaurant never has GF brown sauce.
