Has anyone in this group, after eating gluten, dairy, sugar and or caffeine, found themselves symptoms such as:
Agitation, overly emotional, ocd on certain things, paranoia, fatigue, and or impulsive and insomnia?

Might be worth looking at Micki Rose's site re NCGS - neurological effects far more common than with Coeliac. purehealthclinic.co.uk/trul.... I no longer eat any of the above - variety of symptoms prior to eliminating from diet and very careful to avoid. Best wishes
Get your vitamin B12 and folic acid blood levels tested. Neurological symptoms typically arise from a B12 or folic acid deficiency. Gluten are dairy can cause gut issues that lead to vitamin B12 deficiency.
Thank you, I have had them tested previously and they have been low within range (somewhere around 300ish I believe) and go up when I supplement with liquid sublinguals (to 600ish). I do have high anti- parietal cell antibodies, negative to Intrinsic Factor antibodies and already known sensitivities to gluten and Dairy and already known autoimmune thyroid disease.
Sorry if I'm stating the obvious but why aren't they treating you with injections for B12 deficiency? From a quick look at your previous posts, Pernicious anaemia seems likely. If you don't 'quite have Lupus' have you been checked for APS/Hughes's? From family history on Neuro support post, sounds like a distinct possibility.
Thank you for your comment, I am not getting injections because I tested negative for Intrinsic Factor antibodies and my b12 levels go up when I supplement sublingually. Also my MMa levels were fine.
I have had a couple ANA tests completed with Cardiolipin antibodies and none have been high enough for confirmation (highest was the IgG at 16 CU and range: <20). The highest I tested for was anti Carbamylated antibodies at 18 Units (range: <20) but I don’t think they are as specific besides the possibility of errosive arthritis, but recent x-rays confirm there is not errosion at this time.
I am easily overlooked as my thyroid antibodies stand out and nothing else is showing positive at this time. I will be seeing a neurologist, hematologist, and allergist/ immunologist all within the next few months so hopefully they can make more sense of what is going on.
It is a pain being seronegative, makes it easy for them to dismiss us. Could try supplementing more B12 to see if it improves some of those symptoms pending what will hopefully be helpful appointments. Tom O'Bryan's book The Autoimmune Fix and Datis Kharrazian's Why do I still have thyroid symptoms are useful reads, if you haven't already! Best wishes
Yes - completely wiped out and drowsy after being glutened...
