Not diagnosed but I'm pretty confident this is whats wrong, up until about 3 weeks ago I thought and was always told I most likely had IBS. So ive always plodded along having flare ups and constipation, now 3 weeks ago I treated myself to my favourite meal a monster size steak - I usually would have at least one bowel motion every day but 3 days after my monster steak I had dioreah thinking id maybe picked up a bug I just rested and waited it out. Between then and two days ago ive been really constipated so doc gave me laxido granules 2 to take first night and then 1 each day for a week and to return within the week if no improvement, tonight and last night are extremely painfull, I ended up with an emergency out of hours appointment last night and that doc told me take 2 sachets a day and use buscopan, so ive done that but I keep thinking am I making this worse. Yesterday was crazy I spent at least every 5 to ten mins on the toilet either having a flat slug size poo very greasy and "airy" or extreme flatulence with constant pain all on the front of my stomach with sharp pains that made me jump and get to the toilet today the toilet visits not so much and pains yet again. I'm really fed up can anyone tell me is this how it is am I right in thinking I have CD?????

If you have Coeliac disease, your body will react badly to the gluten found in wheat, barley and rye. Having a reaction to a steak doesn’t sound like Coeliac disease.
With a diagnosis of IBS, perhaps have a look at the Low Fodmap diet as it can help in some cases.
