Over the last few months I have started eating bread and cakes again and I find I have the itching back again especially in the area where I have osteoporosis problems, spine and shoulder blades. Also scalp and its driving me mad. Anyone else have same problem?

before this please check the following-:

phosphorous level

level functioning test

any soap specific allergy.

if everything above is fine then its something in food.
