I know everyone reacts differently to brands of levo but just wondering if anyone has gone from Mercury Pharma to Eutirox?
Last time I (unknowingly) changed brands I suffered quite badly so I'm dreading it. I am having Mercury one day and Eutirox the next for the following week to ease myself in gradually

Even when I eat a GF pizza base or bread I get pains and bloating, except Genius brand.
Probiotics contain gluten!!!!
Where can I find GF dried chickpeas, beans, peas, lentils etc?
Any advice on alternatives to dates in recipes?
