ATT result advice please

I have just been diagnosed as b12 deficient. My GP did an anti transglutnase test. My results were <0.1 with a range of 0.0 to 4.0. Does that mean it is negative? Or that I am deficient in antibodies?

I would be grateful for any advice.

Thanks

Coeliac diagnosis is not always straightforward, one symptom can be B 12 deficiency.
