Period problems

I went to a private hospital to get allergy tests and it came back that I was gluten, dairy, egg white, rice, potato, etc.. sensitive. The dairy and gluten intolerance explain my discomfort and my lack of periods over the last couple of years.

I started my new diet about 5 days ago and since then have noticed spotting and awful period pain. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal for this change to be that quick?

It might be a good idea to get some medical advice on this. Changes can happen quickly for some people.

Perhaps have a look at the Endometriosis site on HU.
