Hi imrightmags,

Welcome to the gluten free forum. I see that you have just joined.

A gluten free diet can be beneficial for some types of thyroid conditions.

You have posted very little about yourself - so at the moment it's a little difficult to see how we can help you better than our thyroid forum friends!

The only way I know is to start a 1000 to 1200 calorie a day healthy eating, well balanced diet and gradually increase stressfree exercise of either walking, swimming or cycling from 3 x 5 minutes sessions per week to at least 3 x 30 minute sessions per week.

Do you have any other symptoms of Underactive Thyroid at the moment or are you optimally medicated?

Have you had blood tests for nutrient levels?

Do you take any supplements?

X🐥
