Gluten Attack book

I've just finished reading Gluten Attack : Is gluten washing war on our health by Professor David Sanders.

it's a refreshingly honest book written by a professor of medicine whose specialist interest is coeliac disease.

he unpicks lots of medical issues like IBS, gluten sensitivities, allergies and intolerances' and describes how seemingly unrelated diseases and issues might be linked.

Thoroughly recommend it to anyone interested and everyone searching for answers.

Thanks I have also just finished reading it as well. The chapter about alcohol was interesting as I seem to have an issue with it if I drink more than 2 glasses of wine and also the chapter about dogs. Both breeds he mentioned as having gluten issues are breeds I like - red setter and boarder terrier.
