I'm certainly going to try it, having read this

Research Note: Vitamin B12 reduces homocysteine, an amino acid found at high levels in people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Even moderately elevated homocysteine is associated with an increased risk of fractures in older adults. Methotrexate and protein pump inhibitors (drugs that reduce stomach acid) such as omeprazole (Prilosec) interfere with B12 absorption..

I'm in both Methotrexate and omeprazole, and I'm an 'older adult' with osteoporosis.

Thanks for the tip. I hope I don't get (even worse) headaches. Jora

Hi

I've posted on here about this spray before (and the vitamin D one) which has made a real difference to me - and to my blood test results both for B12 and D - with no side effects, personally no headache.  CD means you don't absorb the vitamins through your gut, but you can absorb them very efficiently though the tissues in your mouth.  Good luck with it!

I hope your head aches got better. I'm going to try this as after nearly 3 years gluten free I still have chronic fatigue. Fingers crossed and thank you for sharing. I'd never heard of a spray and I know the pils don't make any difference😅. Thank you again 😊
