Hi slightsprit, This is just outside Fishguard and would be high on my list of places to visit for a bite to eat. I think that anywhere that welcomes coeliac with a notice like this outside deserves coeliac customers, please see:

the-farmhouse-kitchen.co.uk

And have a great time as the coastal views are spectacular.

Hello,

I was on holiday there last month, great place for coastal walks. I would recommend The Globe 28 Main St, small pub the owners were great providing information on how they prepare GF food. Blas at Fronlas, Newport is a cafe looks good for GF I didn't get a chance to go there if you have a look at their website. Also The Ferry Inn St Dogmaels was good as well. Oriel Parc Cafe, the visitor centre at St Davids has GF options. If you are travelling about a bit Feccis Fish and Chips, Lower Frog St. Tenby was great I have been ill in the past from fish and chips claiming to be GF.

Have a great holiday
