Hi everyone, im just wondering if anybody's used Q10 tablets to treat fatigue? I've just read a book by a lady called Christine Craggs-Hinton on fibro........ Good book too!! She mentions that Q10 can help tiredness and energy levels. I've only been using this supplement for a week or two and wondered if anybody had any views as to if they help?

Hi,
I have in the past tried Q10 tablets, and for me they made no difference at all.
I must add, it turns out that I have pernicious anemia and my fatigue was probably due to a lack of B12, but the Q10 did not help. It may be due to the type? I bought mine from Boots and then from holland and barrett.
maybe another product would have helped, I do not know - perhpas others here can help.
Big Hugs,

I was put on statins (which was a disaster for me) and somebody suggested I try them. It may be a placebo effect but it does seem to help (although at the moment I feel I could so with a bit of a kickstart). I've come off them a couple of times and I do seem to have noticed the difference so have gone back.
