Hi any more foodie loving Coeliacs out there?
Newbie to the group just saying 'hi'. Looking forward to a weekend of sun, wine and good GF food. Bored of rice and corn pasta so if you have any good GF recipes do share.

Have you tried boardhost.com/glutenfree? very good for recipies/places to eat and general discussion.
Don't be afraid to try out the mainstream foodie sites. I use Waitrose.com and the Oz site: taste.com.au/ Just seach for glutenfree or coeliac and lots of ideas will come up. Let us know what you decide to cook up. Success stories (and the failures) are all shareable
Thanks I'll check those out! I think what I really need is a professional cook on hand as my foodie cravings exceed my cooking skills. I've also been impressed with The Good Food Channel website: uktv.co.uk/food/search&q=gl... as that also lists how easy / hard a recipe is.
I still haven't mastered cooking Quinoa yet (either too bitter) or too overdone. The M&S lunch crayfish salad with Quinoa I had yesterday tasted lovely not like my attempts. I must try harder. GF is a journey.
The correct address is members2.boardhost.com/glut... you should find it very interesting silly yak.......
