Hi everybody,
I'm new here (and in Brighton/Hove)
Does anyone know a cafe in Brighton/Hove or close by where they serve gluten free cream tea and/or homemade gluten free cake? (It would be nice to go to a place were I can eat something as well...)

Hi GF Erica, M&S serve some gf cakes in their larger stores cafe's as do Ikea.
Now I've read about a vegan cafe called Infinity foods cafe: infinityfoodscafe.co.uk/
Places like this are just my cup of tea!
What I always recomend coeliac do is google gluten free and their town and I think that you will find a few places in Brighton as they cater for their many visitors. I do this before visiting any where.
You are in good company on here so ask away and do let us know how you get on. There's also the Facebook GFG where theres a section on eating out and you can put details of any Brighton cafes on there and ditto with the coeliac map, as having a data base where all gf eateries are listed together is in all coeliac best interests.
Not cream tea/cake but the Cock Inn near Ringmer cockpub.co.uk/ cook to order and their food is fresh, good and cheap. They are allergy aware and stock gluten and dairy free ice cream and do a mean Eton Mess.
For cake and great breakfast / lunch try Infinity foods cafe in Brighton.
Food for friends also very good for lunch / evening meals.
The Grand Hotel in Brighton does a gluten free afternoon tea (inc scones, cake and sandwiches) - you need to book in advance but it is excellent!
