Do you always ask for GF options when you're out and about in food places?
Do you take in your Coeliac magazines to the GP's surgery when you've finished with them?
Do you try and get a relative / friend to get diagnosed when you hear they have Coeliac symptoms?
Do you spread awareness amongst your social circle of Coeliac disease?
Surely anyone employed in the role of 'catering staff' should be aware of coeliacs?
