If there is something that I really miss since I was diagnosed with Coeliac is real thin crusty Pizza and of course normal French Breads and Italian pasta!
I can somehow manage with what I can find regarding bread and pasta... however I miss the thin crusty oven baked pizza ...
I have tried the ready made ones as well as making something with Dove's gluten free flower but I do not seem to get the mixture right and the taste and texture is not right...
Can anyone give me a tried and tested recipe for making a pizza base that tastes as good as the normal pizza base???? I will appreciate your suggestions.

I have an easy gluten free pizza recipe on my website glutenfreestudentcookbook.c... that's been tried and tested by others I'm also due to post an easy gluten free stuffed crust pizza on my site soon too tiny.cc/vv1g7 which had a thin, crusty base.
Also, have you tried Dietary Specials new pizza called Bonta D'Italia? dietaryspecials.co.uk/glute... It tastes amazing, like real pizza and the base is thin, crispy and stonebaked
If you have a Waitrose near you I always buy Isobels pizza mix, you can buy it online as well. It has 2 sachets which can make 2 large or 4 small pizza bases. All you do is add an egg, olive oil and water to the mix, then roll out on a dusting of corn flour, it's so easy and makes a delicious thin crust pizza base. Other than that, DS do a thin, crispy pepperoni pizza (Sainsburys frozen section) and that is nice too.
Isobel's is my favorite too, make sure you cook it enough before adding toppings unless you like squidgy centre. Even people not following GF diet like this
