Iridotomy

irridotomy doesn’t always lower pressures, hasn’t for mine it is done as a safety precaution to allow drainage through the small laser hole incase you have an angle closure attack and to help prevent pressure increasing in that situation , as when an attack happens pressure rises hugely and is dangerous.
Lots however do get their pressure reduced after iridotomy.
What have you had since to help
Nothing
What are your pressures now
This year at opticians averaged 21 , but they can be 23/4/5/6 when they do them . Boots use a puffer machine which imo isn't the most accurate . Not on drops , no glaucoma , narrow angles.
there is something called mixed mechanism glucoma - also what’s high for one person isn’t for another
For me my pressures are always on the higher side of normal, but that’s just how my anatomy is and I’ve so far no optic nerve damage.
I think if you call the helpline- you may get swifter answers to ease your worry
Stress can raise IOP x
