Well I went for my yearly narrow angle glaucoma check, got the photos done, they’re ok, did the field test that was also ok. Pressure right eye 14 as usual, pressure left eye 22 oh heck, I could say more but I think the page will turn blue 😳.
In the past I’ve had two Iridotomies and they have worked fine, pressures have always been 14/15, no wonder I’ve been having headaches. Well now the wait of at least three months to have cataract surgery, one good thing it’ll be in the spring, sorry just had to get this off my chest. 😊

I to have narrow angle glaucoma in both eyes. I've had both the laser treatment and cataract surgery on both of them. At my last 6 months check up my condition was described as 'stable'. But I still need daily eye drops to reduce my pressures further. My advice for the cataract surgery is to make sure you follow the advice given for recovery and don't over do it and try and do too much too soon.
When my eye pressures were 20 and 21 my consultant just described that as normal for my eyes. Recently they went up to 25 to 30ish so I'm getting cataract surgery in a week's time. I haven't had any headaches though.
