Uvetis and Glaucoma and detached retinas

Hi, wondering what treatment people are having if they have uveitis and secondary glaucoma as result of this? I'm asthmatic so only one type of drop is suitable for me. Can't have drugs or SLT to bring pressure down. I heard GATT had successful outcomes but not sure if available outside of Birmingham? Also had detached retinas (unrelated just unlucky!) anyone had detached retinas from trab surgery? Thanks
