I have been on 3 lots of drops for 20 years one of which is Dorzolamise.
I didn't know of any link to kidney problems but guessing I am ok.

I suggest you do a search on this site as I think you will find some previous posts but did you mean Dorzolamide?
If you have been diagnosed with kidney function problems , then taking Dorzolamide could cause an issue. If you don't, there is not normally a problem with using it. It is important that your eye specialist is kept up to date with your medical history and told of any new or additional medication prescribed.
Kidney stones are mentioned in the patient information leaflet (PIL) but is an uncommon side effect that affects 1 in 100. It is important that you stay hydrated and drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, which is the normal recommendation for everyone. This can prevent the development of kidney stones.
