Face masks - help!

I've recently been diagnosed with severe allergic bronchodilator-pulmonary aspergillosis. I'm a gardener, so I need to get an effective face care mask to block the spores. I've searched the Internet, am aware I need a HEPA N 95-99, but the problem is where to get advice re fit, I have a small face. The ones I've bought don't fit well. Most suppliers only deal with trade the HSE only with employers. Where can I go for best advice an an individual?

I have found that 3M dealers are very good, might be worth giving them a try. You have probably already seen the following: nacpatients.org.uk/face_masks

Most of us spend a lot of time indoors so if you are having problems with increased symptoms it might be worth investing in a good air filter - Allergy UK usually offer good advice allergyuk.org/ and might be able to help with the facemask too.
