Hello Irfan

This is an NHS website so resources are aimed at UK patients. There are several hospitals in the UK that treat ABPA including the Brompton in London and the National Aspergillosis Centre (nationalaspergillosiscentre... in Manchester.

As you are probably aware ABPA has to be managed using a combination of steroids and antifungal medication, so treatment can be expensive and the NHS will not fund this for non-nationals. It is sometimes possible to see people from overseas but payment is requested up front. If all that is not a problem then we would need a referral from your doctor to begin the process, if accepted there is a further 12 week wait.
