Toenails

Hi

I have a problem where I can cut my toenails right down. They never used to bleed but now they do. They don't hurt but are a little uncomfortable. They are still attached at the side's of the nail, and that is painful as I have to cut them at the side's. It's almost like the pressure is released when they are cut. The dr can't find what's wrong, any ideas???

Thanks
