Not that I can find. There are various reports that it helps modulate immune system disregulation but those generally refer to circumstances where the patient is suffering from an innate problem rather than an infection - apart from direct infections of the immune system. Those who know more about it than me might want to experimetn but until then I doubt it is worth doing on an 'ad hoc' basis.
