Good morning everyone,

I just wanted to say Happy New Years Eve! My hope is that each and everyone of us has positive things happen for us in the up coming year. Try to have good and happy thoughts as much as you possibly can. Listen to your body. Communicate with your doctors and nurses. Try to get outside everyday for 15 minutes. Above all be good to yourself!

Here's to a better, healthier and Happy New Year!!!

God Bless to all

Happy New Year!

It's great advice to get outside. Walking outside and breathing the fresh air does a lot more for my lungs than walking on the treadmill inside.

May your new year be filled with goodness and hope.

Hi Impearson;

Happy New Year to you also, I love your positive thoughts, that is what we need to have every day to stay strong and keep moving. I would love to get outside daily but living in New England in the winter that's not always possible. I become a hermit in the winter.
