Minieres and vestibular migraine

I have been diagnosed by a ENT specialist to be suffering from minieres and vestibular migraines.

I feel nauseous when i am up and moving about, I feel better when just sitting or laying down, is this normal?

I am given setraline, propranalol and Omeprazole, and diazepam if required.

I feel extremely anxious over the years which I think ultimately contributed to these illnesses, this caused IBS symptoms, but since being on propranolol and sertraline symptoms have improved massively.

I feel lost though, unable to work at the moment, my eyes get sore looking at computer screen, and i end up exhausted and needing to lay down. I feel nauseous and hungry all the time, like I need food for energy, the doctor has given me Omeprazole for this and thinks I could have helicobacter, or the sick to the stomach feeling could be the meds I take. I am just not sure, I think its the minieres but not sure.

I used to do DIY house renovations at home, but not able to due to feeling dizzy and faint which leads to sugary or salty cravings. This was the first symptom i got, then complete exhaustion like I could feel the panic in my breath while trying to get on top of whatever was happening to me while sitting on the setee. The symptoms i have relates to, too many other conditions and its always a worry.

Dizziness, sore neck and head pain, sore eyes, struggling to concentrate, feeling nauseous, eye jerking or jumping randomly, tinnitus, sore ears, head feels like its in a clamp. One of my earliest symptoms were the nausea and feeling faint along with extremely sensitive scalp in one area of my head on the left side. I could not take a shower anymore due to the sensitivity, even pouring water over my head in a bath the sensation I got was like someone ran their finger up my spine feeling, but this started from my head.

One other strange thing, when I yawn I get a sensation that runs from my head all the way to my toes that forces me to move my arm and legs because sensation is that intense. My wifes frustrated as i have been shaking recently, when I say shaking I mean the leg shake to help me relax, but I have been doing this in my sleep keeping her awake, I also try and shake my whole body, it does soothe me, i was given the diazepam for that which does help a little.

Thanks for anyone who takes the time out to read my post.
