Occupational Therapy

My appointment on Thursday wasn't actually too bad! My therapist measures my grip with this machine, and put it this way the results were no where near where they are supposed to be. So she gave me this putty-like stuff, to exercise the muscles in my hands (fingers and thumbs) to hopefully increase the strength in them. I go back in just over 2 weeks time. Hopefully, it may be of some use, I can actually feel it working. So lets see how it goes. Hopefully my hands may feel a little more stable over time.
