I have developed a really itchy skin either from Fibromyalgia or Meds I am taking but it's driving me mad trying not to scatch it to bits, skin feels very dry, anyone else suffer from this and any remedies

I haven't been able to find any remedies that work so I take Fexofenadine from the doctor; it's an antihistamine. I'd love to be able to stop taking it but I can't. I used to scratch until my legs bled!
