Yesterday was a bad day with fnd , i felt rough all day ,i had a stroke like symptoms to the face and eye , i was finding difficult to get my words out and felt so tired, i made a call to our NHS 111 here in the UK 🇬🇧 and had a ambulance sent to check me out i also had a video call to the hospital, who confirmed it was my FND .I didn't go to hospital just told to phone back if any changes.
I'm going to rest up today 😴.
Sorry to hear that, sometimes we have "flare ups" especially during stressful times and FND is unique and variable.

So sorry you’re going through it right now. I’m also mid flare up and having lots of visual changes and my legs don’t want to hold me up. The hardest part in all of this is that when we reach out for help, there often is none. It really is like a full time job managing symptoms. Having to start over so many times makes it difficult to feel like I’m making any advances in life.
I truly hope you start to feel better soon and that you get the rest you need to recover. Big hugs from the US!

I can only imagine that was more than a little frightening. I tell you, I do hope you were able to get some rest. It’s truly difficult to determine what is “real” and what is FND far too often.
