Lower back pain

Hello dear friends Over the last couple of days I've been having lower back pain ,it's just like someone was behind me kicking me in the back ,I do have lower curvature of the spine but that doesn't normally play me up , I was wondering if anyone else experience the same thing ,I know if I go to the doctors what's going to be said its FND . any advice dear friends.

Maybe the lower back pain is more noticeable because of the drop in temperatures. I get lower back pain, esp if I fall asleep downstairs in uncomfortable positions/poor posture and the if the cold gets in... Wrap up warm, add a few more layers.
