I'm having one of my off days yoday I've tried helping my wife with a bit of cleaning being as she was working from home ,I didn't get very far before I started going dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out I'm finding it difficult to hold my head up so going to have a sleep .Hope everyone is keeping well as can be .
house work can always wait it’s always going to be there but even you do really small simple things every other days it all helps
When you feel you need to rest do so as just trying to battle it your setting yourself up for a massive fall
The Fnd ride has many loops and twist and runs ups and downs but in time your find your right speed just for you and the ride will start to be easier to control and deal with
