Putting my garden to bed

Today being as the weather was dry I decided to start put my garden ornaments away for winter, I wa out side for about an hour and I started to feel completely shattered and so dizzy ,I just had to stop and sit and rest ,I could just go to sleep again . 😞 talk soon .

I know how you feel, I now limit my gardening to an hour - I feel too tired after this time. I try and get out as often as I can and try to forget that I used to be out there for hours on end!

If an hour is a little too much, make sure you sit and have a break and a cuppa.
