goose bumps and Anxiety

Do any of you suffer from anxiety?

Iv been suffer with the same bumps in my left arm for many years, well before Covid.

In that time, Iv noted a pattern. The bumps usually occurs after or sometimes before Iv had an anxiety / panic attack. They usually come and go within the span of 10 minutes or less.
