Head pressure pain

Has anyone else experienced intense pain when any pressure is applied to their head? For example I get extreme pain after removing my headphone which press slightly on my head. I also get intense pain around my ears and side of my head if I sleep for too long on one side of my head or the back of my head if I sleep on my back. I have suffered with chronic migraines all my life and since having FND experience pressure headaches but this is different as it seems to be triggered by physcial pressure. The pain usually lasts between and hour and two hours and starts the moment the pressure is removed. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

HiYes I get it, like you say around the back of my head, ears, side of face. I also get it at the top of my head. I've only been getting it since the onset of my fnd 8 years ago.
