Concentrating is always difficult when one of my episodes comes on. I sometimes get the “thousand yard stare” and constantly second guess mundane actions, like which cup or glass to use. Not to say this will work for anyone else, but I try to power through by going through the lyrics of a favorite song, playing guitar (badly), or reading. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Hi! And Yes! My brain was shot with this. When my symptoms were most acute my memory was terrible. My cognitive abilities were so weak that even speaking was slow as I would try to find words. Now that I am starting to recover they are improving.😊 If I am having an off day, the cognitive challenges increase. Now I know to just accept and rest, and the next day all is improved again. Good luck! All the best!!
