l take a fiber supplement every morning. It did seem to help things move along in the morning.
At least l thought it did. I am beginning to wonder about the supplement. Things did not move from yesterday this morning. I had a little of bake chicken and then l had about 5 cheese sticks. and little of red grapes. l know that is little but should it not move? l also have heard cheese can be constipating. That is all l need! I did have my fiber cereal this morning to help maybe move things later today or tomorrow and because l love fiber cereal . Hopefully this will help me out a lot. Use to eat it because l liked it so. But somehow l stopped. l am 68 years old and l know your digestion does not work like it did when l was younger. I do have IBS and add constipation to it that and it becomes a mess. For me anyway.
