Parenting in a pandemic with FND

Any other parents of under 5s on here? I have a four year old and one year old. I am so tired and weak. I don't know how I can cope any longer living like this. Any tips or ideas?

Depending on where you live there might be community organisations who can help with shopping and other chores or mental health teams who can offer you some support. It's a tough time to be a parent of young children even without feeling unwell at the same time so please reach out if you can.
