FMD/FND dog

Does anyone know how to get a special train dog .i have FMD down my left hand side of my body from head to toe and also have FND and complex regional pain syndrome. On a pain management residency course and they have mentioned this and I desperately want a dog . Can anyone give ne any advise.

Yes from the uk . Thanks I’ll look them up, at present on the input pain management program at St Thomas . Em🐕
