I go twice a month to a chiropractor, he’s been really helpful and the only health care practitioner that I feel like I benefit from.I’ve developed scoliosis which is likely from my left side weakness and I have some degeneration in my neck. He’s helped me a lot with pain management and is very supportive of my diet and exercise.

I go at least once a week if not 3 times. I typically go right after acupuncture or before massage therapy.

The trio of care is what I contribute to being able to walk and talk again.
