Has anyone received any kind of treatment for brain fog?

I have a gait problem that I go to a physical therapist for, and I've noticed certain symptoms improved from that, but I still experience frequent and often disabling brain fog. It is to the point that I stopped driving early this year because I feel that I'm a safety risk behind the wheel. It also keeps me from being able to work or go back to school.

So, getting to my question, has anyone been treated for brain fog and if so, how? And additionally, did it work?

I found my omega 3 levels were critically low ( something the hospitals and doctors in Australia never checked) saw a private specialist who discovered this. The supplements have helped ease brain fog
