Hi. I have the opposite here in Aus... winter here which means my myoclonus is worse as cold winds bring the shakes on... Hope you cope ok with the heat.

Yes during the winter my jerks and twitches gets worse and it increases my fatigue to the point that I feel I’m about to pass out. It’s definitely less during the summer.

Im so with you on the heat issue, its been a killer and such a drain on energy.

I have to go to a large famaily event today and im really finding this one hard to cope with so glad its cooler at least i not got 2 battles
