Confused as to the best live in treatment center to retrain the brain

My movement is all in my face and head seems to be moving to my neck

where are those treatment centers in the US? Im sorry if the movements move down ward. Different things have happened to me too. As to know which is the best, there is no way to find out except to go and find out. Hopefully youve got the funds.

Has anyone been to the treatment center in Kentucky

Frazier Rehab in Louisville KY has inpatient.

Columbia University in New York City has inpatient.

Please let me know if you find any info about the Kentucky program, it is supposed to be very similar to the program at Mayo in Rochester, MN.

The Frazier Rehab program costs about $11,000 if the patient's insurance does not pay for it. I believe rehab takes place on 5 days. A neurologist has to refer the patient to the program. I heard a rumor that they only take patients who live nearby (I did not hear this from Frazier Rehab). About 70% of patient make substantial improvement that lasts even after the 1-week program.

I live about 2.5 hours away and have my assessment appointment Jan. 9th for Frazier rehab.

So far they have been so nice over the phone since dealing with my neuro to fax referral was a nightmare and when my husband called in panic after a PT assessment left me really messed up.

I heard if accepted I might get in by March since they have a wait list.
