We know there;s something structural going on, now someone has found evidence of it. I Can't wait to discuss it with my GP.

My MRI's show changes in gray matter that have been attributed to the aging process. I do not accept this. One MRI showed possible MS. All ignored by the neuros. A diagnosis of FND is really an " I don't know, I am not going to pursue and I don't care how the patient suffers. Send them to a psychiatrist...with it's all in your head."

Tewa,

If this is your experience then find a new doctor. This may have been the case in the past but it is not anymore and research like this is proving that.
