Lately my skin hurts to be touched even lightly but only in certain areas, does anyone else suffer from this and if so, how do you treat it?

The skin on my left leg can feel like it’s burning when I touch it.

My skin on my left thigh area feels like that also. The "sting" feeling comes and goes but it is a new to me. I hate that I keep getting odd new feelings for no reason. :(

Definitely something my daughter has suffered from. Comes and goes. Gone now.

Yes, I have had two bouts with the left side of my face and my right hand but only the inner part of my pinky and ring finger. Extremely sensitive and painful to touch with an odd numb-like feeling. Was hard to sleep at night with the pain if any pressure was put on the area. Both episodes lasted for one day. I took Ibuprofen which helped a little bit. Very odd and scary.
