Hi Dizziness 1 Ho you doing? Firstly i would ask what have the Doctors said ? Have they given you anything for it, its not Vertigo is it? I know for vertigo theres an position the Doctor puts in on the bed and moves your head around and its suppose to be really good, im wondering if that might help you as well, i know you can google it to see it being done but only Professional people can do this.... Ask your Doctor and see if they think it might benefit you. I really cant think of anything else, sorry if ive not been very helpful but good luck xx

Hi I take cyclezine which are designed for dealing with dizziness. Not taking them all the time- just when I feel completely sea sick.
