I don't know if anyone else has been suffering from heat exacerbation/intolerance during the hot spell but it has affected me quite badly and made my symptoms significantly worse, thankfully only until I cooled off sufficiently again later in the day !

Found a useful website that suggests possible reasons for overheating problems ( heat can slow signals - well, I never knew that ! ) and gives some good cooling off solutions : personally I favour the wet vest, wet hair method ! : ))
